Doesn't the U.S. Constitution protect its citizens from "unreasonable search and seizure"?
If you have a valid bill of sale and export license, is it not "unreasonable" to seize the personal property of a U.S. citizens?
Why is it reasonable to assume that all property of a certain type is "stolen"? Should not the burden of proof be on the government to prove it is stolen (at least in a free country I would assume it would work that way)
Aren’t personal property rights a fundamental tenet of a free society? Why is U.S. customs enforcing authoritarian laws?
