Noted French Scholar/Professional Numismatist Michel Prieur has passed away at age 59. Numismatics brings people of different nations together as demonstrated by these tributes from

United States. CPO's owner never met Mr. Prieur, but admired his website and his corpus on Syro-Phoenician Tetradrachms. He will be much missed.
